At Fern & Flora Hair Co., your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit applied as a credit toward a future visit.
